These terms and conditions ("Terms") serve as a legal agreement between the x3bet platform and all its users ("Member" or "you"). x3bet is an online betting and casino platform that provides services to users in Bangladesh.

• Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in an immediate ban and forfeiture of funds.

2.1 Registration Process

At the time of registration, the Member must correctly provide their full name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method. If false information is provided, x3bet reserves the right to suspend or cancel the account and forfeit any deposited funds.

2.2 Account Security

The Member is obligated to keep their account password and login details completely confidential. Any unauthorized access to the account must be reported to the support team immediately. If account details are shared with anyone else, the Member bears full responsibility for any resulting loss.

• x3bet reserves the right to verify a Member's age and identity at any time.
• A copy of the National ID (NID), birth registration certificate, or passport may be requested for verification.

• If a false identity is provided, the account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds will be forfeited.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods can be used to deposit funds on x3bet: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• When making a deposit, the Member must use a payment account registered in their own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.
• Deposited funds are generally added to the wallet instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

To make a withdrawal, the Member must have sufficient verified funds in their account and must comply with the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• The withdrawal process is generally completed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawal requests can only be made to an account registered in the Member's own name.
• Withdrawals to unverified accounts may be temporarily suspended.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New Members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

• The welcome bonus can be received only once per Member.
• Bonus funds can be used to participate in all games.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Funds cannot be withdrawn while a bonus is active.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another Member.
• x3bet reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
• Each promotion has a specific validity period; once expired, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses may not be active at the same time.

5.3 VIP Program

Regular Members may be eligible for x3bet's VIP Program benefits. The weekly cashback rates by VIP level are as follows:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP level depends on the Member's activity and overall participation.

The x3bet platform offers various types of games including cricket, football, e-sports, slots, fishing games, and live casino.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a round is cancelled due to a server issue or technical error, the bet placed for that round will be refunded.
• The specific rules of each game provider apply when determining game results.
• If a suspicious betting pattern is detected, x3bet reserves the right to conduct an investigation, during which withdrawals may be suspended.
• For cricket, bets can be placed on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other international matches.

The activities described below are strictly prohibited on the x3bet platform. Involvement in any of them will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of deposited funds:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing bonuses or placing artificial bets with the intent of exploiting promotional benefits.
• Using any software or bot to place automated bets.
• Engaging in money laundering or suspicious financial activities.
• Using a third-party payment account.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability on the Platform.
• Attempting to control game outcomes by colluding with other Members.
• Using a false identity or personal information.

x3bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these Terms is violated.
• If false information is detected on the account.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• If money laundering or suspicious financial transactions occur.
• If the Member themselves requests account closure.

8.1 Self-Closure of Account

If a Member wishes to voluntarily close their account, they may contact the support team. Any funds remaining in the account must be withdrawn before closure.
